"Danderhall Badminton Club is a small competitive yet friendly club with a full calendar of matches and tournaments throughout the season. Club nights provide an opportunity to get together with friends and enjoy a good standard of badminton. Our members are competitive but this does not detract from the friendly social atmosphere."

Pay As You Play

Guests are welcome to attend as many sessions as they like but numbers are limited to 24 players per session so booking is essential. Membership benefits include access to events across the Lothian and Borders region, eligibility to play in our teams, and club night booking priority.

Competitive , Social

Competing in both Lothian and East Lothian leagues offers a wider range of players an opportunity to play league badminton. In addition to the Edinburgh based tournaments members are also invited to compete in East Lothian Badminton Association and Borders Badminton Group events.

Level & Mixed Doubles

We have four regulation badminton courts available for club nights. Games are level and mixed doubles using Yonex AS30, or equivalent, feather shuttles. We field level and mixed doubles adult teams in leagues and tournaments throughout the Lothian and Borders region.
