Information volunteered by you: you may give us information about yourself by corresponding with us via phone, email or otherwise. The information that you provide us with may include your name, postal and/or email address and/or phone number.
Photographs
Danderhall Badminton Club may take photographs/videos that help to promote the club. These photographs/videos are taken at events, matches, club nights etc. and are used for promotional purposes and for purposes of archiving achievements and activities. Club members are welcome to remove themselves from photographs if they do not wish to appear, and they are entitled to request that they be anonymised after the fact.
Financial information
Danderhall Badminton Club, in providing services to you, may require to process financial information. This is done via bank transfer, cheque, and cash. Financial information is treated with the utmost security, e.g. we only use secure online payment systems and we securely destroy information that is no longer required.

To provide you with information relating to Danderhall Badminton Club and the organisations to which we are affiliated. This may involve contacting you by post, e-mail or phone for the reasonable purposes of Danderhall Badminton Club, acting always within the Data Protection Act 1998.
